Tia is the Front Desk Coordinator at Accolades Salon & Spa, where she has been a valued team member since March 11, 2024. With a couple of years of experience in the beauty industry, Tia was drawn to the field for its dynamic and people-centered environment. She chose to join Accolades because of its welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Originally from Saint Paul, MN, Tia loves the connection she builds with clients and finds joy in helping create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Professionally, she aims to eventually earn her esthetician license and begin taking clients in that capacity. On a personal level, Tia’s goal is to become more open socially and to continue fostering meaningful relationships with those around her. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her cats, family, and friends, as well as indulging in her hobbies of building Legos, reading, and coloring. Describing herself as crazy, caring, and emotional, Tia brings a warm and authentic energy to her work and her interactions with others.
