Position Title: Stylist
Experience Required:
We have two tiers we are looking for –
- 1 years+ experience with a proven base clientele of at least 30 guests a month and a valid Minnesota cosmetology license.
- Fresh out of school (or about to graduate) and ready to start your career – with a valid Minnesota cosmetology license.
Business Classification: Employee
Compensation:
$30,000 – $150k+ based on experience
Scheduling Options:
We are proud to offer our signature 2, 3, 4 schedule, meaning we recommend all of our stylists work between 16-32 hours a week. This is for wellness and maximizing schedules. For this position, we are flexible and looking for anywhere between 16-40 hours.

Accolades is a full-service salon and spa that has been servicing the universities and neighborhood around it for 22 years. Accolades has an extremely experienced and talented team of service providers, that has greatly contributed to its success as a salon and a spa.
