Meadow is a Receptionist at Accolades, having joined the team on April 4, 2024. Though they’re new to the beauty industry, their passion for self-expression and individuality drew them to the salon environment, which fosters creativity and encourages personal style. Meadow was inspired to join Accolades after a recommendation from Ani and has quickly embraced the salon’s welcoming atmosphere. Originally from Apple Valley, Meadow enjoys the inspirational aspects of the beauty industry, the kindness of the people they work with, and the opportunity for self-expression. Their professional goals include becoming a more effective communicator and honing their resilience and professionalism, skills they feel are strengthened through their front desk role. On a personal level, they aim to be emotionally resilient and practice self-compassion when making mistakes. In their free time, Meadow loves spending time with friends, creating art, and journaling. They enjoy collage, painting, drawing, playing Roblox, and watching shows. Three words Meadow would use to describe themself are creative, independent, and friendly.
