Cailee

Cailee is a talented Spa Specialist at Accolades and WOMENS SPA with a diverse skill set, holding three licenses and offering a wide range of spa and nail services. She joined the team on October 19, 2020, after years of experience in the salon industry, beginning at the age of 16 and graduating from massage school in 2011. Cailee was inspired to enter the beauty industry by her family—her mom, a hairstylist, encouraged her to pursue massage instead, while her desire to help ease her brother’s muscle tension, due to his cerebral palsy, further fueled her passion. She chose Accolades and WOMENS SPA because of the welcoming culture and the fact that her best friend works at Mens, but after four years here, Cailee values the respectful, fun, and loyal team dynamic across all three locations. Originally from southern Nebraska, Cailee specializes in a variety of services, including lash lifts, deep pressure massage, pregnancy massage, pedicures, and waxing, with a particular love for the connection she forms with clients during these treatments. She enjoys the creativity of the beauty industry and continues to learn from other providers. Looking ahead, Cailee hopes to mentor and educate others while remaining in the industry for another 15-20 years. Outside of work, her personal goals include owning small pets with her husband and getting back to weightlifting, a passion she had before 2020. In her downtime, Cailee enjoys cleaning and doing home projects, watching nature, getting tattooed, and indulging in naps. Her hobbies include painting, lifting weights, playing Animal Crossing, watching horror movies, and true crime. Described as eccentric, confident, and giving, Cailee brings a unique, caring energy to everything she does.
